摘要: Polychlorinated naphthalenes (PCNs) have been commercially produced and used mainly in electrical devices, but also for impregnation of wood, paper textiles to attain waterproofness, flame resistance protection against insects, molds fungi. Today, the PCNs are widespread environment be regarded as an environmental problem. Generally, levels lower compared e.g. polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), high observed near point sources such manufacturers chlorine/soda, magnesium, copper aluminum. PCB products incineration processes PCN releases. The present review summarizes data on physical properties melting points, solubility logKow. Chemical reactivity methods synthesis individual congeners briefly discussed. analytical analysis presented well levels. Finally, biological fate toxicological available summarized.
