摘要: Optical systems that perform non-projective transformations are rarely synthesized by intent. Most familiar in practice designed to provide the closest approximation a projective transformation is allowed physics, technology, or economy. The advent of laser brings many new applications for optical - variety being late-comer. Requirements fields materials processing, data high energy lasers, and fusion, just name those areas already penetrated, lead one consideration unconventional grooming wavefront irradiance profiles. Transformations such as changing distribution from flat-like gaussian-like, vice versa, area obscuration while maintaining its focusability, typical examples gaining an increasing interest.
