摘要: Abstract The effect of temperature on the induction nod gene expression in Bradyrhizobium japonicum by isoflavone genistein was investigated. Experiments were conducted to examine a nodY-lacZ fusion B. USDA110 under suboptimal incubation temperatures. results these studies indicated that higher concentrations required for maximum amounts at 10 and 15°C than 25°C. In addition, time achieve maximal significantly longer effects correlate with previously described inhibition soybean nodulation occurs low root zone findings reported here indicate this is large part due induction.
