Structuring West Germany's energy objectives

摘要: For this article a comprehensive and politically legitimate list of criteria to evaluate energy systems was constructed from interviews with leading representatives broad spectrum West German society. In the interviews, we probed fundamental values nine political social organizations, including Catholic Lutheran Churches, Federation Labour Unions, Association Industries Nature Society. A hierarchical representation value logically structured for each group separately, then aggregated into combined ‘value tree’. The result facilitates communication constructive compromise, promotes creation policy options helps future systems.
