摘要: Through the implementation of low carbon-based energy systems and participatory modes governance, there are countless collective initiatives progressing towards a sustainable resilient model. Local alternatives necessarily have to be able scale in order address global challenges. From renewed paradigm commons, this empirical research provides precise picture present scalability these (self) transformative Spain. Based on identification qualitative analysis 18 them via semi-structured in-depth interviews, article explores their upper lower limits; importance power distribution citizen participation; relational dimension scale; upscaling forms role public institutions.
