摘要: The purpose of this study is to analyze the management strategy renal angiomyolipoma. From 1990 2002, a total 62 patients with angiomyolipoma were treated at our medical center. Angiomyolipomas found in 44 female (71.0%) and 18 male patients. Of these age ranged from 87 y/o (mean: 46.9 y/o). Four 8 bilateral angiomyolipomas associated tuberous sclerosis (TS). Nine (14.5%) had got spontaneous rupture. However, 54.8 per cent asymptomatic. mean tumor size was 4.83 cm. Tumors larger than 4 cm greater incidence symptoms (60.7%) higher nephrectomy rate (43%). Clinical based on clinical presentation. Treatment consisted conservative observation 30 (group 1, 48.4%), selective embolization therapy 2 hemorrhage 2, 3.2%), partial other surgical procedures 14 3, 22.6%), 16 4, 25.8%). rupture under treatment TAE 3 laparotomy check bleeding 1. Neither mortality no major complication noted. Generally outcomes smooth acceptable. Beyond for highly suspected malignancy, we suggest small asymptomatic tumors, arterial as first choice or sparing strategy.
