摘要: Abstract The projected increase in freeze-thaw frequency associated with warmer temperatures the High Arctic could affect dynamics of soil bacterial communities. We report here effects (FT) cycles on communities samples collected from three sites different depths snow cover. Analysis 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequences showed that diversity sampled under high cover were significantly those low and no cover, little change community after nine consecutive FT cycles. Conversely, decreased simulated It is therefore likely reduced will influence structure through an increased cycling.
