摘要: This study employed the PRECEDE model to investigate correlates of behavior avoid environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) in adolescents. A total 208 adolescents who were non-smoking and aged between 15 19 years old enrolled junior programs technical colleges southern Taiwan selected as participants. An anonymous questionnaire including demographic data, ETS avoidance scale, knowledge attitude toward avoiding self-efficacy perceptions health resources for school families, peers whether family smoke, close friends used collect data. The results showed: (1) female was better than that male adolescents; (2) ETS, perception significantly positive related behaviors ETS; (3) with not smoking had a (4) hierarchical regression analysis shows gender, peers, families significant predictors, could explain 54.5% variance ETS.
