摘要: Abstract The effectiveness of six species entomopathogenic fungi for the control adult and larval stages house fly Musca domestica was assessed in laboratory. Metarhizium anisopliae Tolypocladium cylindrosporum were pathogens most virulent to larvae. prevented emergence at doses 1 × 10 8 , 7 6 5 conidia/ml, M. with only 1.0 16% respectively. Adults susceptible aqueous suspensions conidia all tested; however, pathogenic shortest time, giving 100% mortality days. Five vegetable oils, one mineral oil, two adjuvants screened as potential carriers conidia. Linseed soya bean oil effective carriers, complete achieved 3 days, resulting least a ×2 decrease time kill compared equivalent suspension Linseed, bean, cotton seed also using dose-response bioassay. carrier days dose conidia/fly. implications these results relation future research are discussed.
