摘要: Abstract Female rats were given 16% ethanol solution as the sole liquid during entire period of gestation. At birth offspring was removed and reared by foster dams consuming normal drinking water. When tested for feminine sexual behavior in adulthood, males showed marked signs feminization evidenced an increased amount lordosis responses. No changes seen masculine behavior. deviations female estrous cycles or onset vaginal estrus, whereas behavioral estrus delayed. It is suggested that prental exposure may lower fetal testosterone production thereby interfere with course differentiation male.
