摘要: BACKGROUND Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) on a beating-heart has gained the attention of cardiac surgeons and shown favorable initial results. However, only few follow-up results have been reported. We report herein our one-year experiences off-pump CABG performed at Shin-Tokyo Hospital. METHODS Retrospective chart review was for patients who underwent conventional isolated between 01/01/98 12/31/98. Preoperative, perioperative, data were collected. RESULTS Among 315 cases CABG, 94 (male/female 69/25, mean age 67.7). Mean number distal anastomoses by 1.7 +/- 0.7 (42 single-vessel revascularization 52 more than double- vessel revascularization). In there no hospital deaths 6 major complications including 2 incidences perioperative myocardial infarction. Postoperative angiography before discharge in 56 (59.6%, 98 anastomosis) revealed 5 occlusions, giving graft patency rate 94.9%. During (11.4 4.1 months), 1 late non-cardiac death 11 events. The event-free 18 months 94.0% showing significant difference from after (94.0% months, p = 0.135). Follow-up 21 (33 anastomoses) interval 3.6 showed 4 92.7%. CONCLUSION Both early acceptable. Off-pump can be safely selected patients.
