摘要: The goal of this paper is to discuss two special aspects fault detection in measurement systems. First, the main systems detect system degradation when it leads an unacceptable growth output errors. All other faults are no importance; moreover, their can be considered by user as a false alarm. Second, traditional on-line methods formulated that quickest abrupt changes stochastic process. A sensor also should detected quickly but sometimes (especially for safety-critical applications) imposes constraint on maximum delay detection.
