摘要: Life expectancy has been increasing in the last few decades Western world and is accompanied by higher occurrence of age-related diseases like metabolic, cardiovascular, renal also with a decline immune functions. In HIV-infected people, due to use combination antiretroviral therapy (cART), life increased. As result, non-AIDS conditions which are age-associated have become more prevalent appear earlier, resulting accelerated aging HIV patients. These patients associated CD4+ T cell counts: lower counts rates liver, renal, neurocognitive disorders. The effect viral load cART on earlier less significant than CD4 count effect. Thus, loss functions may enhance aging.
