摘要: Objective The objective of this study was to investigate whether magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC) both in the sagittal and axial planes could be used assess response LACC neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT). Methods Thirty women with received conventional DWI at 3 different times (before NACT, 2 weeks after first second NACT). Treatment determined according change tumor size they were classified as effective group ineffective group. apparent diffusion coefficients (ADCs) compared between planes, dynamic changes ADCs observed chemotherapy-sensitive groups planes. One-way analysis variance calculated those ADC parameters response. Results rate 76.67%. Apparent coefficient values plane 0.88 (SD, 0.08) × 10−3 mm2/s, 0.96 0.10) 1.19 0.11) respectively. Meanwhile, 0.89 0.09) 0.97 0.12) mm2/s stages. There no statistical differences (P = 0.927, P 0.863, 0.946). NACT significantly increased before 0.003, 0.012). In group, not statistically higher than (axial 0.694; 0.900). After obviously 0.043, 0.022). Conclusions may detect therapy. measured evaluate NACT.
