摘要: Deposit of melanin-like particles in the lymph node healthy and diseased human as well lipomelanic reticulosis associated with various skin diseases have been reported by many investigators. This experiment was aimed to explain how melanin reaches from connective tissue. However melanosomes were not put into but abdominal cavity mice, because former might injure lymphatic capillary inducing its changed permeability (1).
