摘要: Abstract The 1785 km2 Takab area of northwest Iran is a region high mineral potential but difficult access for which an innovative exploration approach required. Interpretation aeromagnetic, Landsat TM, geological and occurrence data are used to recognize combination mapped features, spectral characteristics, magnetic signatures that could be associated with epithermal gold, arsenic, antimony, base metal deposits near Takab. Geological such as permeable, reactive host rocks, surface igneous structures integrated interpretations remotely sensed hydrothermal alteration subsurface heat sources. Four binary maps representing diagnostic deposit recognition criteria were combined in weights-of-evidence model, uses the spatial distribution 19 known occurrences calculate final map further gold area.
