摘要: Abstract PURPOSE: To evaluate and compare blood flow measurements by laser speckle flowgraphy scanning Doppler flowmetry in the optic nerve head of normal volunteers. METHODS: This prospective study included 60 eyes volunteers (50.0 years; range, 21 to 77 years). Measurements were taken at temporal neuroretinal rim away from visible vessels. The square blur rate, a quantitative index relative velocity, was measured flowgraphy. Using flowmetry, volume, flow, velocity same locations. RESULTS: average 7.11 ± 1.65, 7.74 3.19, 151.85 70.63, 0.53 0.23 arbitrary units, respectively (n = 60). Square rate correlated significantly with (r .361, P .005; r .359, .005, respectively). However, there no significant correlation between volume .101, .441). Although decreased increasing age −.375, .003), or showed −.249, .054; −.166, .205; −.143, .275, also mean pressure −.315, .014), but −.159, .225; −.059, .654; −.043, .742, CONCLUSION: We found only weak indexes, as because basic differences principles measurement.
