摘要: The author reports the case of a youth who first became salient by self-neglect and finally was hospitalized for heavy drug abuse. In closed ward, he suddenly displayed pica behavior but, in further course, developed typical schizophrenic syndrome. diagnostic criteria are presented as well all subtypes pica. goes into question aetiology this enigmatic disorder. Finally, points out complications therapeutical possibilities which determined most underlying disease.
