摘要: The kinetics of exocytosis and membrane retrieval (endocytosis) were examined in bovine chromaffin cells using capacitance measurement during whole-cell recording. At early times after breakthrough to the recording mode, depolarisation for 1 s resulted a fast (600 vesicles per s) exocytotic response efficient with time constant 25 s. ability activate was lost intracellular dialysis, 40 later times, slow could be elicited no following single depolarisations. wash-out responses appeared due rapid loss portion Ca2+ current. Trains at late elicit (time 4 retrieval. These data show that addition previously studied Ca2+-independent mechanism, also possess an pathway coupled can activated depolarisation. endocytosis appears have higher threshold activation than exocytosis, probably requirement. Rapid occur via clathrin-independent cells.
