摘要: AIM: The aims of this study were to assess the inter-examiner reliability ICDAS and Soprolife intra-oral camera ex vivo using 5 examiners compare in validity two fluorescence-based devices examining occlusal surfaces with early carious lesions. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirty-seven posterior primary permanent teeth 20 children examined Diagnodent pen (KaVo, Biberach/Ris, Germany) (Acteon Group, La Ciotat, France) fluorescence camera. white light photos, made by camera, evaluated scores photos scored as sound, enamel caries dentine experienced dentists. dentists trained for use system a short online training programme (ICDAS.org) scoring on images example images. STATISTICS: cut-offs ICDAS, distinguish sound from dentinal caries. was calculated intra-class correlation coefficient. RESULTS: On found 16 21 system. fluorescent 24 lesions, 9 lesions 4 observed. (ICC) photographs average measures 0.70 0.72, respectively. sensitivity specificity (95%CI) 0.43 1.0 respectively, reference standard. 0.62 0.81 CONCLUSION: A resulted satisfactory analysis do not contribute better detection
