摘要: Based on the constructivist international relations (IR) approach, authors study Sweden’s engagement with DPRK as a unique case to understand motivations for engaging in so-called fragile state. Besides having its embassy Pyongyang and serving protecting power U.S., Sweden has provided capacity building programs North Korean government officials scholars.
