摘要: Based on the constructivist international relations (IR) approach, authors study Sweden’s engagement with DPRK as a unique case to understand motivations for engaging in so-called fragile state. Besides having its embassy Pyongyang and serving protecting power U.S., Sweden has provided capacity building programs North Korean government officials scholars. It also made consistent commitment aid human rights advocacy. In nutshell, been facilitator between outside world. Its are mixed multiple,including expectation of gains, convenience repeating work logic appropriateness.
