摘要: Wheat straw was pretreated by wet explosion using three different oxidizing agents (H2O2, O2, and air). The effect of the pretreatment evaluated based on glucose xylose liberated during enzymatic hydrolysis. results showed that with use O2 as agent most efficient in enhancing overall convertibility raw material to sugars minimizing generation furfural a by-product. For scale-up process, high dry matter (DM) concentrations 15–20% will be necessary. However, DM hydrolysis fermentation are limited viscosity material, higher inhibition enzymes, fermenting microorganism. wet-explosion method enabled relatively yields from both simultaneous saccharification (SSF) obtained when performed unwashed slurry 14% low enzyme loading 10 FPU/g cellulose an industrial acceptable time frame 96 h. Cellulose hemicellulose conversion were 70 68%, respectively, ethanol yield SSF 68%.
