摘要: An integrated process flow sheet for the recovery of yttrium and europium from waste cathode-ray tube (CRT) phosphors was developed. This is based on a sequence roasting, leaching with organic acids precipitation steps. Zinc efficiently removed roasted CRT by acetic acid, giving access to rare earth content. Yttrium were quantitatively leached residue 1 mol L−1 methanesulphonic acid (MSA) solution. Precipitation oxalic gave mixed Y/Eu oxalate high purity (>99 wt%). Co-precipitation zinc less than 2 wt%.
