摘要: Purpose – This paper aims to provide a detailed review of weak interaction biosensors and several common biosensor methods for magnifying signals, as well judiciously guide readers through selecting an appropriate detecting system signal amplification method according their research application purpose. Design/methodology/approach classifies the interactions between biomolecules, summarizes used in design compares performance different kinds biosensors. It highlights potential electrochemical method: G protein signaling cascade system.
