摘要: The invention discloses a method for preparing metallographic specimen of spring-like parts. comprises the following steps: inlaying specimen, grinding, polishing and corroding, wherein is in cold inlaid manner, 1200# silicon carbide abrasive paper adopted final accurate grinding process during grinding. partsprepared by disclosed has high surface quality, 'backwater' phenomenon avoided, any microscopic pore does not exist, parts are tightly combined with inlay, working efficiency can be indirectly improved, truth detection result improved.
