摘要: The hormone ecdysone induces a large number of changes in the puffing pattern mid third instar larvae Drosophila hydei. occurring after experimental administration are identical with those observed normal development during 6 hour period before puparium formation. After considerable puffs react change activity within 15–20 min. During this 3 arise newly, 12 show strong increase activity, less pronounced and decrease activity. At 4–6 hours another 5 newly. effect was both vivo vitro experiments. — Diameter measurements on several reacting 30 min an diameter showed that these reacted simultaneously. Most some delay. A study different concentrations revealed kinetics 4 respect to relationship between concentration puff size over range from 33·10−5 33CU/μl. Three reaction even lower concentrations. Maximum is attained by all at 33·10−4CU/μl. Among studied no difference their threshold found. behavior group one midintestine Malpighian tubules same injection as salivary glands. All activated particularly uptake tritiated uridine accumulation acidic protein. It concluded gene far more complex hydei than Chironomus tentans.
