摘要: TiO2 and Ag NPs are widely used as antibacterial agents against many bacterial pathogens. Chitosan (polymer) itself acts a strong agent. Hence, chitosan/TiO2/Ag incorporated nanocomposite film was prepared packed drinking water strains. A concentration-dependent increase in the reduction of cell viability observed all isolates under UV-C dark exposure conditions. The bacteria consortium showed greater resistance effects compared to single isolates. Glycocalyx test mass assessment conclude effective activity by inhibiting adhesion on surface. release LDH generation ROS act predominant mechanism induced TiO2/Ag NPs. Surface characterization studied FTIR XRD analyses SEM analysis after interaction with bacteria.
