摘要: Superoxide (O2-.) is a highly toxic free radical that may be an important component of pulmonary O2 toxicity. The primary defense against this superoxide dismutase. Rats were exposed to aerosolized dismutase, and it failed modify either the time course or cumulative toxicity 100 per cent O2. Because enzyme can expected delivered only extracellular space lung, suggested site production damage due O2-induced radicals must within intracellular space.
