摘要: Abstract This paper describes the use of multiple criteria decision making techniques as tools for assessing and indicators designed to evaluate sustainable forest management. Three called ranking, rating, pairwise comparisons are described used within framework a generic set applied in case study involving concession Kalimantan, Indonesia. For study, an assessment team consisting national international experts representing various disciplines was chosen conduct concession. The (C&I) developed by Center International Forestry Research reference. From this C&I, made revisions make more relevant prevailing conditions modified Results from indicate that these effective both selecting sets eventually prioritizing them. methods highly transparent, easy understand, offer convenient environment participatory making. These desirable features any evaluation process but most especially complex problem such sustainability.
