摘要: Abstract The rough cutting process constitutes a major portion of the machining operation by an NC milling machine in terms volume that must be removed process. In particular, fair amount time may spent this when large raw material has to removed, e.g. parts such as moulds and dies are machined. Therefore, efficient algorithm for generating toolpath is suggested paper. first step procedure generation machined applying Boolean finished model workpiece, both which have been modelled solid modelling system. assumption determining tool should used with simple shape while small complex portion. This realized representing octree, basically set hexahedra different sizes, matching proper tools given octants. When matched octants, can derived at same time.
