摘要: The main purpose of this study was to determine whether three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound (3D-CEUS) can provide useful information distinguish malignant from benign adnexal masses (≤4 cm). Forty-seven patients with 51 were examined 3D-CEUS. sonographic features analyzed. All diagnoses confirmed by surgical pathology and long-term follow-up results. included 43 8 lesions. On 3D-CEUS images, lesions appeared as round structures formed sparse straight capillary vessels. Malignant showed irregular stereo dense tortuous vascular distribution. A scoring system established. There no statistically significant differences in scores at each time point between the 20th 70th seconds, area under receiver operating characteristic curve for period largest (0.995). cut-off score established, ≥8 being suggestive malignancy. had a high sensitivity (100%) specificity (98%). is likely be new tool small diagnose early ovarian cancer.
