摘要: On a national (Australia) scale, there is limited rigorous research investigating and comparing the types of Web 2.0 (Social Media) technologies Australian university students their lecturers are interacting with using to communicate, collaborate, deliver, retrieve course content. This surprising, given that academic institutions charged equipping graduates compete in today’s knowledge economy, potential for utilising tools learning teaching great. From such an identified gap, this study sought determine level type applications from use throughout higher education landscape heightening pedagogical practices, management, delivery. Given technology, pedagogy, management social capital becoming increasingly entwined, further empirical associated usage within warranted.
