摘要: Abstract The ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (BMIMPF6) was immobilized on zirconia-modified silica, and the resulting BMIMPF6/ZrO2–SiO2 catalysts were used in oxidative desulfurization (ODS) reactions. Experimental results revealed that 10% exhibited highest catalytic activity. properties of studied by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, temperature-programmed desorption, transmission electron microscopy photoelectron spectroscopy. Furthermore, acidities dispersion investigated desorption elemental mapping. rate 99.8% at optimum reaction conditions 0.08 g catalyst, 323 K, O/S = 6, for 2 h. After seven reuse cycles, catalyst activity only decreased to 94.1%. Therefore, is promising as an industrial ODS process.
