摘要: INTRODUCTION The purpose of this review is to present a summary (1) the variables involved in purification E. coli DNA-dependent RNA polymerase (E.C. 2.7.7.6), (2) criteria by which purity enzyme can be assessed, and (3) physical properties its subunits. It hoped that will provide useful guide choosing method reference for enzyme. No attempt made all-inclusive or historical, but rather most recent thorough studies emphasized.
