摘要: Summary In two randomised, double-blind studies of elderly patients with a mean age 68.9 (range 21–88) years and young patients, 29.4 20–40) years, the effect needle size on incidence postspinal headache was compared. The groups, 20- 25-gauge, were comparable in both regard to number, sex, type surgery. 27.6% when 20-gauge used 12.6% 25-gauge needle. There no significant dzzerence either (10.8% 7.8%, respectively) or between sexes. It is concluded that it does not matter if for spinal analgesia headache, but indicated fine preferred.
