摘要: Abstract The cleavage of the kDNA minicircles Trypanosoma equiperdum by restriction endonucleases Hinf I, Bgl II, Mbo Tag I and II revealed that this is homogeneous in base sequence. This contrast with other species trypanosomes so far studied. 10 sites, obtained these endonucleases, were ordered a map was thus drawn.
