摘要: Background: Resilience is a psychosocial factor associated with clinical outcomes in chronic diseases. The relationship between this protective and certain diseases, such heart still under-explored. Objective: present study sought to investigate the frequency of resilience individuals ischemic disease. Method: This was cross-sectional 133 patients both genders, aged 35 65 years, treated at Rio Grande do Sul Cardiology Institute - University Foundation, diagnosis disease during period. Sixty-seven had history acute myocardial infarction. were interviewed evaluated by Wagnild & Young scale sociodemographic questionnaire.
