摘要: Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) has an important role in development of the central nervous system (CNS). Maternal diabetes is associated with a higher risk developmental abnormalities their offspring including motor dysfunction and learning deficits. The present study aimed to investigate effects maternal on distribution pattern IGF-1 receptor (IGF-1R) developing rat cerebellar cortex. Wistar female rats were maintained diabetic from week before pregnancy through parturition, male was killed at P0, P7, P14. In spite there significant increase total volume pups born mothers. group, IGF-1R+ granular cell densities internal (IGL) molecular (ML) layers increased P0. Moreover, number positive Purkinje cells IGL neonates' cerebellum reduced comparison control group P7 There no differences either or cortex between insulin-treated controls. Our data indicate that strikingly influence localization IGF-1R
