摘要: Patient safety is an issue of global concern, which sometimes missed due to the complexity healthcare systems. There increasing concern for negligence patient in developing countries, especially countries with poor systems and less reliable data. In 2005, Ministry Public Health Afghanistan developed Essential Package Hospital Services (EPHS) order promote quality care Afghan Hospitals. safety, as one key objective EPHS, appears need additional attention evaluation. The main purpose this research proposal develop a validated culture instrument evaluate use introduces framework sampling hospitals followed by plan conducting cross-sectional study using survey instrument. also includes assessment psychometric properties findings achieved from administration are intended compare 12 dimensions among different groups providers, categories under EPHS overall grade within results other countries. proposed will have important implications both hospital management policy making. help managers decision makers understand safety.
