摘要: We have detected significant evidence in UT1-data from VLBI observations of the short period UT1 variations caused by diurnal and semidiurnal ocean tides. A total 48 IRIS-A experiments covering about 1 year were used a comparison with newly computed theoretical UT1-variations induced tidal water elevations currents. Using correlation least squares fitting techniques signals predicted amplitude 0.1 ms could be at level 4σ.
