Comparison of Wood Preservatives in Stake Tests.

摘要: Abstract : Reported are results on test stakes of southern pine sapwood 2 by 4 18 inches in size, treated pressure and nonpressure processes, decay termite exposure various climates. Also included some the tests smaller those untreated plywood, modified woods, laminated paper plastic, infected with Trichoderma mold. Preservatives such as coal-tar creosote petroleum oils containing copper naphthenate, zinc phenyl mercury oleate, pentachlorophenol have added a few months to years life stakes. Some waterborne preservatives provided less protection than standard preservative oils. (Author)
