摘要: In this article, we describe an extension to the egen functions zanthro() and zbmicat() (Vidmar et al., 2004, Stata Journal 4: 5055). All functionality of original version remains unchanged. 2004 zanthro(), z scores could be generated using 2000 U.S. Centers for Disease Control Prevention Growth Reference British 1990 Reference. More recent growth references are now available. For measurement-for-age charts, age can adjusted gestational age. The function previously categorized children according body mass index (weight/height^2) as normal weight, overweight, or obese. Normal weight is split into weight three grades thinness. Finally, updated uses cubic rather than linear interpolation calculate values L, M, S childs decimal between successive ages (or length/height weight-for-length/height charts).
