摘要: It has been revealed that when metal is protected by an organic coating, corrosion proceeds through the ionic conduction pathways within coating layer. An important aspect of polymeric coatings from protection point view their inhomogeneous nature. Phenomena such as lack cross-linking, inappropriate pigmentation, quick solvent evaporation etc may introduce local micro defects. The rate diffusion ions at these defects proportional to concentration solution which immersed and therefore they have known “D” or direct type areas. On other hand much composed highly resistive “I” area where resistance increases with increasing environment. Traditionally it believed a certain level adhesion fundamental requirement avoid anodic cathodic areas connecting underneath this will be reduced D Therefore specifically play role determine anti-corrosive properties paint.
