摘要: Carbohydrates are an important regulator of canola seed oil content. However, understanding the physiological regulation by carbohydrates governing accumulation is fragmented. In present study, activities sucrose and starch catalytic enzymes, including neutral alkaline invertase, synthase (SUS), phosphorylase, biosynthetic phosphate ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase, were compared in developing silique high content low lines (HOCL LOCL, respectively). The results showed that HOCL had significantly higher total soluble sugar concentration wall during lipid stage. Strikingly, all enzymes very strong at 20 days after anthesis HOCL, which was agreement with amounts corresponding gene expression. result indicated homeostasis efficiency cleavage beneficial for rapid volume expansion transportation carbohydrates, i.e., starch, to utilization. At deposition stage, exhibited than helpful increased production carbohydrates. expression stages revealed one SUS genes, SUS3, transcript amount LOCL while most other genes no significant differences between two stages. Therefore, SUS3 might be played vital roles cleavage.
