摘要: The so-called tumor necrosis factor (TNF) block includes the TNFA, lymphotoxin alpha and beta (LTA LTB) genes with single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) microsatellites an allele frequency that exhibits interpopulation variability. To date, no reports have included both SNPs at TNF to study Mestizo or Amerindian populations from Mexico. In this study, samples of five Mexican (Durango, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Puebla, Tierra Blanca) four native-Mexican (North Lacandonians, South Tepehuanos, Yaquis) were genotyped for two (LTA+252A>G TNFA-308G>A) (TNFa, d, e, f), analyze genetic substructure population. Allele haplotype frequencies, linkage disequilibrium (LD), relationships calculated. There was significant LD along almost all but lowest D' values observed TNFf-TNFd pair. Mestizos showed higher diversity than did natives. differentiation level reduced among Mestizos; however, a slightly, between northern southern Mestizos. Among populations, significantly elevated, particularly in North Lacandonians. Furthermore, Southern inhabitants Lacanja town most differentiated Mexicans analyzed. data presented here will serve as reference further population epidemiological studies including these
