Formation of Colour Centres in Undeformed and Deformed NaCl

摘要: Rates of F-centre formation and absorption spectra after soft hard X-irradiation subsequent bleaching were studied. Two stages colouration are found. During the first stage, F-centres formed from vacancies present in crystal prior to irradiation. The second stage during irradiation is attributed by a bulk mechanism; irradiation, which significant only deformed crystals, attribiuted vacancy clusters generated deformation. Es werden Bildungsraten von F-Zentren und Absorptionsspektren nach Bestrahlung mit weichen harten Rontgenstrahlen darauffolgendem Bleichen untersucht. Zwei Verfarbungsstadien gefunden. Wahrend des 1. Stadiums Leerstellen gebildet, die vor der im Kristall vorhanden waren. Bei Einstrahlung wird das 2. Stadium auf Bildung infolge eines Volumenmechanismus zuruckgefuhrt, wahrend bei Rontgenstrahlen, nur deformierten Kristallen Bedeutung ist, aus Assoziaten Leerstellen, durch Deformation erzeugt wurden, zuruckgefuhrt wird.
