摘要: A connective tissue disorder characterized by immunological hyperactivity. Inflammation in multiple organs including skin and kidney. Three forms of lupus erythematosus (LE) -specific lesion: acute cutaneous LE, sub-acute chronic LE/discoid erythematosus. Specific autoantibodies such as antidouble-stranded DNA antibody anti-Sm antibody. Various nonspecific lesion or autoanti-bodies. Sun exposure, infection, drugs may induce the symptoms.
