摘要: A novel silicon-on-insulator microring biosensor based on Young's twos lit interference has been demonstrated. The transducer signal from electric field intensity distribution the screen is given by using transfer matrix method (TMM) and two-slit principle. result shows that structure we propose advantageous for sensing as pattern very sensitive to ambient refractive index around microring. small perturbation in Δnc will a notable shift of destructive points (DIPs) screen. By detecting DIPs, change can be obtained.
