摘要: Lot of Hospitals around the world are going through transformation from paper based to Electronic Health record system which can be accessed anywhere. But with such health record, security is very much needed towards avoiding hackers and unauthorized personnel access medical pretending as doctor or patient. research been conducted in regards an authentication biometric on digital electronic records care organization. In system, there has increase false rejection ratio due a slight difference positioning finger scanner. The small wounds scratches fingers may also lead legitimate user. So accordingly authors this have developed innovative enhanced technology frame by segmenting fingerprint image authenticating personnel. This method reduces False Rejection Ratio FRR Acceptance FAR compared neighbouring nodal data centric method. addition, authentication, level strictness for doctor's patient's placement Lastly, application integrates Frame methodology along RFID GSM secured way provide better treatment medicines incoming patients.
