摘要: The vertical distribution of a microbial community on temporal and spatial (vertical) scale under the Tamarix aphylla salt-resistant plant was studied. uniqueness this is in creation “islands salinity” beneath plant, due to salt excretion leaf shedding at base. Our working hypothesis that activity biomass soil population ratio between bacterial fungal will decrease toward driest season. Soil samples were collected plants T. canopy down 0- 50-cm depth 10-cm intervals. substrate-induced respiration method used estimate total (MB), CO2 evolution, metabolic quotient (qCO2) index, MB both communities. A significant difference observed (p 0.05) depths, rhizosphere effect.
